Chocolates to share

Sebastian Bergne has lead a successful one week design workshop entitled ‘Chocolates to share’ with students from ESC Troyes and French champion chocolatier Pascal Caffet.

Students worked within tight time and manufacturing constraints, to develop ideas for chocolate or packaging design. The aim was to improve the experience of sharing chocolates between two or more people.
